i AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING THAT CITY OF DANIA
DESIRES TO USE AND WILL USE THE OFFICES OF
THE COUNTY TAX ASSESSOR OF BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AND THE COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR OF
BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE ASSESSING
AND COLLECTING OF MUNICIPAL TAXES FOR THE
YEAR 1952, AS PROVIDED IN CHAPTER 25712,
LAWS OF FLORIDA, SPECIAL ACTS OF 1949, AND
PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 18 AND 19 OF ARTICLE
VIII OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STAT;� OF
FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING FOR THE READING AND
PASSAGE OF THIS ORDINANCE AS AN EMERGENCY
MEASURE UPON ONE MEETING OF THE CITY COMMIS-
SION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BY UNANIMOUS
CONSENT OF THE MEMBERS PRESENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:

Section 1: That the City of Dania does hereby declare
its desire to use the offices of the County Tax Assessor of b +.
Broward County, Florida, and the County Tax Collector of Broward

County, Florida for the assessing and collecting of municipal
taxes for the year 1952; and does hereby provide that the assess-
ment and collection of taxes for the year 1952 shall be made by
the County Tax Assessor of Broward County, Florida, and by the
County Tax Collector of Broward County, Florida, respectively, -
as provided by Chapter 25712, Laws of Florida, Special Acts of

1949, pursuant to the terms and provisions of Sections 18 and
19, of Article VIII of the Constitution of the State of Florida.
Section 2: That a certified copy of this ordinance
shall be forwarded by the City Clerk to the County Tax Assessor
of Broward County, Florida, and to the County Tax Collector of
Broward County, Florida, respectively.
Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances, or
jresolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith, be
jand the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

Section 4: This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force immediately upon its passage and adoption.
Section 5: By unanimous consent of all the commis-
sioners present, this ordinance has been introduced and read
I
for the first time and read for the second and third times, and
passed on all three readings at this meeting of the City Commis-
sion of the City of Dania, Florida, and has been passed by an
i
unanimous vote of all the commissioners present at this meeting.
