Section 4: It shall be the duty of tFie Police Depart-

Section 6: In the event any section, sentence, clause,
or phrase of this ordinance shall be declared or adjuQed to be
invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall in no manner
affect the remainiiz portion hereof which shall remain in full
force and effect as if such invalid or unconstitutional section,
sentence, clause, or phrase had not on finally been a part of

Section 7: All ordinances or parts of ordinances :in

Section 8 : This ordinance shall be in force and take
