ORDINANCE NO. (o Y
All ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE USE OF VOTING
MACHINES IN ALL ELECTIONS, GENERAL AND
SPECIAL, IN THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That voting machines shall be used to re-
f cord and tabulate the votes of the voters in all general and
special elections held in the City of Dania, Florida.
Section 2: That the City Manager be and he is hereby
1 directed to procure the loan of sufficient voting machines from
jthe County Commission of Broward County, Florida, to serve the

1 needs of the City of Dania at its general and special elections.
Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the /
II
extent of such conflict.
� Section 4ii This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
Section : By unanimous consent of all the commis-
sioners present, this ordinance has been introduced and read for
the first time and read for the second time and third time; and
passed on all three readings at this meeting of the City Commis-
sion of the City of Dania, Florida; and has been passed by an
unanimous vote of all the commissioners present at this meeting.
