of Dania, Florida, and the Last line of the
right of way of the Florida past Coast Railway,
and bounded on the North by the extension of PI
S. W. Fifth Street and on the South by the
extension of a Five (5) foot easement, except
a strip of land Fifty (50) feet in width for a
street parallel with and immediately adjacent
to the said East line of the right of way of
the Florida East Coast Railway, Deed Book 363,

be and the same hereby is zoned "B" Residence, as defined in

the zoning ordinances of the City of Dania, Florida; and all

regulations and requirements anperta.inin- to "B" Residence

shall apply to the aforesaid property.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in force and
take effect im_media.tely upon its nassa--e and adoption.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the
