UJH ERE 410, exL-ended negotiations have been carried on
j for some time between the City of Dania, Florida, and John W.
Hanley, as to certain terms and conditions contained in that
certain lease agreement dated hay 1, 1950; and

- have reached a mutually advanta;;eous and acceptable solution
relative to certain terms and conditions; and

consolidate said ori"inal lease agreement and certain addi-
tional provisos, into one written a-reeiaent;

Section 1: That the mayor, City Mana, er, and City
Clerk, be and they are hereby authorized to execute the Lease
i
Agreement in behalf of the City of Dania, Florida, as Lessor,
i
and with John W. Hanley, as Lessee, a copy of which lease
agreement is attached hereto and made a part ..ereof.
Section 2: That the Lease Agreement between the
i
City of Dania, Florida, and John W. Hanley, shall be construed
as an amendment to the said original lease agreement dated
I
May 1, 1950.
i
Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the sas.e are _!ereby repealed to
J
i
the extent of such conflict.

Section 4. This ordinance s!iall be in forco and

talce effect immediately upon its nassai;e and adoption.
Section 5: By unanimous consent of all the cormais-

sioners oresent, this ordinance has been introduced and read
for the first time and read for ti-e second time and third
time; and passed on all three readin_;s at this meeting of the
City CorLmission of the City of Dania., Florida; a:-_d has been
passed by a unanimous vote of all the commissioners present
at this meetin;;.
