AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. a 5
FIXING THE AMOUNT AND RATE OF TAXATION;
MAKING THE TAX LEVY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
OF 1951-1952•
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That there be and there 3s hereby levied
upon all taxable property in the City of Dania, both real and
personal, save and "except that property designated as Homestead
property, in conformity with the Constitution of the State of
Florida and Statutes declaratory thereof, a tax of 14*9 mills
on the dollar of assessed valuation for the fiscal year be»
ginning September 1, 1951, and ending August 31, 1952, for the

benefit of the General Fund of the City of Dania in payment of
the budget estimate for the General Fund for said fiscal year. r
Section 2: That there be and there is hereby levied FI
upon all taxable property in the City of Dania, both real and
personal, in conformity with the Constitution of the State of

Florida and Statutes declaratory thereof, a tax of 1.3 mills on
the dollar of assessed valuation for the fiscal year beginning
September 1, 1951, and ending August 31, 1952, for the benefit
of the Sinking Fund of the City of Dania in payment of the bud-
get estimate for the Sinking Fund for said fiscal year.
Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force immediately upon its passage and adoption.
Section : All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
j Section By unanimous consent of all the commis-
sioners present, this ordinance has been introduced and read

for the first time and read for the second and third time; and
passed on all three readings at this meeting of the City Commis-
sion of the City of Dania, Florida, and has been passed by a
unanimous vote of all the commissioners present at this meeting.
