Section 1: That there be and there is hereby levied
upon all taxable property in the City of Dania, both real and
personal, save and except tnat property dosi. nated. as Homestead
property, in conformity with the Constitution of the State of
Florida and Statutes declaratory thereof, a tax. of 15.7 mills
on the dollar of assessed valuation for the fiscal year be-
SinninG September 1, 1951, and endin August 31, 1952, for the
benefit of the Genere.l Fluid of the City of Dania in payment of
the budGet estimate for the coneral Fluid for said fiscal year.
Section 2: That there be and there is hereby levied
..,.k. upon all taxable property in the City of Dania, both real and
personal, in conformity with the Constitution of the State of
Florida and Statutes declaratory thereof, a tax of 1.3 mills on
the dollar of assessed valuation for t[te fiscal year beginnins
September 1, 1951, and endinL; Au: uat 31, 1952, for the benefit
of the Sinlcin Fwad of the City of Da:iia in payment of the
bud„et estirrlate for the Sinkin-- Fund for said fiscal year.
Section 3: This ordi:iance shall tal-e effect and be
in force Lmtiedistely -SPOT, its nassa;;e and adoption.
