OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That, after lawful hearin;;, the followinS
described property:
Blocks Seventeen (17) , ,'ihteen (18) , and
Nineteen (19) , EXCEPT Lots t,,ighteen (16) ,
Nineteen (19) , and Twenty (20) , Block Nine-
teen (19) , all of 110RT'H HOLLYWOOD, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4,
page 1, of the Broward County iiocords; said
land situate, lyin,; and being in Dania,
Broward County, Florida;
be and the same hereby is rezoned from "C Residence" to
"B Residence" , as defined the the zonin6, ordinances of the
City of Dania, Florida; and all regulations and requirements
appertaining to "B Residence" shall apply to the aforesaid
property.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in force and
take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
Y Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to
the extent of such conflict.
Section By unanimous consent of all the commis-
sioners present, this ordinance has been introduced and read
for the first time and read for the second time and third
time; and passed on all three read.in�;s at this meeting of the
City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida; and has been
passed by a unanimous vote of all the commissioners present
at this meeting.
