AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, CITY
MANAGER, AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE IN
BEHALF OF THE CITY OF' DANIA, FLORIDA, A
CONSOLIDATED AMENDED LEASE AGRFrM NT BE-
TWEEN THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, AND
FRANK SALVINO, CHANGING CERTAIN TERMS
AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THAT CERTAIN
LEASE AGREEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 20, 1947,
AIM AS AMENDED ON MARCH 29, 1946, AND
MAY 1, 1950, RESPECTIVELY.
WHEREAS, extended negotiations have been carried on
for some time between the City of Dania, Florida, and Frank
Salvino, as to certain terms and conditions contained in that
certain lease agreement dated November 20, 1947, as amended on
March 29, 1948, and May 1, 1950, respectively; and
WHEREAS, the parties to the said lease agreement as
amended have reached a mutually advantageous and acceptable
solution relative to certain terms and conditions; and
WHERFAS, the parties to said agreement desire to
consolidate said original lease agreement, said two supple-
mental agreements, and certain additional provisos, into one
written agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Hon. T. D. Ellis, Jr. , who served as
the counsel for the City of Dania, Florida, in all negotiations
concerning said lease, has given his written approval of the J
proposed consolidation, in its entirety;
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINLD BY THE CITY C01`1iISSION
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the Mayor, City Manager, and City
Clerk, be and they are hereby authorized to execute the
Consolidated Lease Agreement in behalf of the City of Dania,
Florida, as Lessor, and with Frank Salvino, as Lessee, a copy
of which consolidated lease agreement is attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
Section 2: That, the Hon. T. D. Ellis, Jr. , having
acted as special counsel for the City of Dania, Florida, and I

represented the said City in all negotiations with Frank
Salvino concerning said agreement, his written approval of
said consolidated lease agreement is attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
Section 3: That the Consolidated Lease Agreement
between the City of Dania, Florida, and Frank Salvino, shall
be construed as an amendment to the said original lease agree-
ment dated November 20, 1914-7•
Section All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
Section This ordinance shall be in force and take
effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
Section .6: By unanimous consent of all the commis-
sioners present, this ordinance has been introduced and read
for the first time and read for the second time and third time;
and passed on all three readings at this meeting of the City
Commission of the City of Dania, Florida; and has been passed
by a unanimous vote of all the commissioners present at this
meeting.
