Sect 1: That the City of Dania does '.�ereby de-
clare its desire to use the offices of the County Tax Assessor
jof Broward County, Florida, and the County Tax Collector of
! Broward County, Florida for the assessing and collecting of
municipal taxes for the year 1951; and does hereby provide

I that the assessment and collection of taxes for the year

1951 shall be made by the County Tax Assessor of Broward
County, Florida, and by the County Tax Collector of Broward
County, Florida, respectively, as provided by Chapter 25712,
Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 19499 pursuant to the terms
C , and provisions of Sections 18 and 19, of Article VIII of the
Constitution of the State of Florida,

Section 2: That said taxing authorities of Broward
County) Florida, are expressly directed to show the City of
Dania tax sum in dollars and cents separately from all other
taxes handled by said taxing authorities on each separate tax
statement.

shall be forwarded by the City Clerk to the County Tax Asses-

sor of Broward County, Florida, and to the County Tax Collec-
tor of Broward County, Florida, respectively.

j Section All ordinances or parts of ordinances,

or resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith,
be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such con-
flict.
i
Section 5: This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force immediately upon its passage and adoption.
Section 6: By unanimous consent of all the commis-
sioners present, this ordinance has been introduced and read
for the first time and read for the second and third times,
and passed on all three readings at this meeting of the City
Commission of the City of Dania, Florida, and has been passed
by a unanimous vote of all the commissioners present at this
meeting.
