AN ORDINANCE AjvjB1jDING ORDINANCE NO. 86 AS
A?4F,NDED0 13EING THE ZONING ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA; AND DEFINING THE
ZONING OF THE AREAS DFSCRIpED IN THIS OR-
DINANCE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE READING AND
PASSAGE OF THIS ORDINANCE AS AN DIERGENCY
MEASURE UPON ONE MEETING OF THE, CITY COMMI_
SION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, BY A UNANIMOUS
CONSENT OF THE MEMBERS PRESENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the following described property
located within Dania, Florida, is hereby re-zoned so that the
use zoning thereof shall be "B" Business District, instead of
"B" Residence District, as heretofore zoned:

Lots One (1) and Two (2), and Eighteen (18)
and Nineteen (19), of Block Twenty-one (21).
of the town of DANIA, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book "B",
•, page 49, of Dade County Records ; said land
situate, lying and being in Broward County,
Florida.
Lots One (1) to Eleven (11) inclusive, of
Block Three (3), of MASONS SUBDIVISION,
according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 8, page 36, of Broward County
Records ; said lands situate lying and be-
ing in Broward County, Florida.
Lots One (1) to Eleven (11), inclusive, of
Block One (1), of MASOAIS SUBDIVISION, ac-
cording to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 8, page 360 Broward County Records ;
said lands situate, lying and Iteing in Broward
County, Florida.
Section 2: That the following described property

use thereof shall be "B" Business District, instead of "C" Resi-
dence District, as heretofore zoned:
Lots One (1) to Seven (7 ) inclusive, of Block
20 of the town of DANIA, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book "B", page 49,
Dade County Records ; said lands situate, lying

Block Nine (9). of the town of DANIA, ac-
cording to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book "B", page 49, Dade County Records ;
said lands situate, lying and being in
Broward County, Florida.

Lots One (1) to Ten (10)/ of Block Eleven (11),
of the town of DANIA, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book B", page 49, of
Dade County Records; said lands situate, lying
and being in Broward County, Florida.
Lots Fifteen (15) to Twenty-six (26 ) inclu-
sive, of Block One (1), of ESKILLSONIS SUB-
DIVISION, according to the plat thereof re-
corded in Plat Book 2, page 12, of Dade County
Records; said lands situate, lying and being
in Broward County, Florida.
Section 3; This ordinance shall be in force and
take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
Section 4; All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the ex-
tent of such conflict.
Section 5; By unanimous consent of all the comis-
sioners present, this ordinance has been introduced and read
for the first time and read for the second and third time; and
a passed on all three readings at this meeting of the City Comis-
sion of the City of Dania, Florida; and has been passed by a un-
animous vote of all the commissioners present at this meeting.
