AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FOR
RECORD PLAT OF "BEA,21PVAY AYEND7D", A RE-
SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 1 to 6, INCLUSIVE, LESS
THE SOUTH FIFTY (50) FEET OF SAID LOTS , OF
BLOCK THREE (3) , AND ALI, OF LOT ONE (1) OF
BLOCK FOUR (4) , AND AI:L THAT CERTAIN PARCEL
FIFTEEN (15) FIET TN !AIIDTH LYIIdG .,TD ADJA-
CEII'T TO AND BETWEEN BLOCKS THREE (3 ) AND
FOUR (4), ACCORDING TO PLAT OF BEA:HWAY, RE-
CORDED IN PLAT BOOK EIGHT (8) , PAGE THIRTY-
] THREE (33 ) OF THE. PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA, INCLUDING ALL OF THE ALLEYS ,
I RIGHTS-OF-WAY, AND STREETS 1, 1THIN SAID
j BLOCKS ABOVE, AND DEDICATING TO THE PERPETUAL
USE OF THE PUBLIC THE ALLEYS, RIGHTS-OF-IVAY,
AND STREETS SHOW 01 SAID PLAT OF "BEACHWAY
AMENDED."

WHEREAS, Fred P. Adams and Ruth 3. Adams, hia' wife,

are the owners of:

Lots One (1) , Two (2), 'Three (3) , Four (4) ,
Five (5) , and Six (6) , less the South
Fifty (50) feet of said lost, Block Three
(3), and all of Lot One (1) , of Block Four
(4), and all that certain parcel Fifteen
(15) feet in width lying and adjacent
to and between Blocks Three (3) and Four
(4), according to Plat of BEACHVIAY, record-
ed in Plat Book 8, page 33, of the Public
Records of Broward County, Florida, and

WHEREAS, said owners have submitted to the City
Commission of the City of Dania, a plat of Beachway Amended re-
platting the above described property; and

WHEREAS, the City Commission has caused a public
hearing to be held on the adoption of said plat at a regular
i
meeting of the commission not less than fifteen days after

the presentation of application for said plat, and notice
of such public hearing has been duly published in a newspaper
of general circulation in the City of Dania; and
WHEREAS. no objections were presented to said plat

WHEREAS, it appears from said plat of Beachway
Amended that said plat dedicates to the perpetual use of

the public the streets and alleys shown on said plat of
Beachway Amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ORDAINED BY THE! CITY COMTIS-
j SION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:

Section 1: That the plat of Beachway Amended,
dated the day of , lg
be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved for record.
Section 2: That all streets , alleys and rights of
j way as shown by said plat submitted by Fred P. Adams and Ruth B.
Adams, his wife, be and the same are hereby approved, and the
streets , alleys or rights of way, if any, as to said property
prior to the adoption of said plat be and the same are here-
by vacated and abandoned as to public streets, alleys and
rights of way.

Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances i
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. ¢(
Section 4: By unanimous consent of the City Com-
mission, reading of this ordinance in full on three separate
i
readings is hereby waived and suspended, and this Ordinance
shall be read in full on the first reading, and by the title
only on the second and third readings , and passed on all
three readings on the same day.
