AN ORDINANCE CONF.T_RMING THE SALE OF LOTS
FOUR (4) AND FIVE (5) , BLOCK ONE (1)0 of
POINCIANA PARK, TO Z. B. SKINNER AND
BARBARA N. SKINNER, AS HTTSBAND AND 7IFE;
AND PROVIDING FOR THE READING AND PASSAGE
OF THIS ORDINANCE AS AN EMERGENCY MEASURE
UPON ONE IIMETING OF THE CITY COP+P?ISSION
OF THE CITY OF DANIA BY A UNANIPJOUS CONSENT
I OF THE MEMBERS PRESENT.

WHEREAS, the City Commission o f the City of Dania,
Florida, heretofore has declared as surplus! p property not needed
for any municipal use, the property located in Dania, Florida,
described as follows :
Lots Four (4) and Five 5
f One (1) , of POINCIAI'NA PARK, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book No. 5, page 17, of the Public
Records of Broward County, Florida;
said lands situate, lying and being
in Broward County, Florida, and

?� WHEREAS, due and legal advertisement for bids for
the purchase of said property has been duly published and
Z. B. SKINNER and BARBARA N. SKINNER, as husband and wife, sub-
mitted the highest and best bid for the purchase of said property,
and
P.'HERF.AS, pursuant to said proceedings and said
advertisement for bids , City of Dania has sold said property
to Z. B. SKINNER and BARBARA N. SKINNER, as husband and wife;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMIS-
SION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section That the sale of the following described
Property located in City of Dania, Broward County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots Four (4) and Five (5) . of Block
One (1), of POINCIANA PARK, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book No. 5, page 17, of the public
records of Broward County, Florida;
said lands situate, lying and being in
Broward County, Florida,
to Z. B. SKINNER and BARBARA N. SKINNER, as husband and wife, for

a purchase price of Nine Thousand One Hundred Ten Dollars ($9, 110.00)

hereby is ratified and confirmed.

Section 2: That the conveyance of said property
i by City of Dania, Florida, by deed dated the 12th day of
September, A. D. .. 1950, executed by the Mayor and City Clerk,
1 as previously authorized to said Z. B. SKINNER and BARBARA N.
SKINNER, as husband and wife, be and the same hereby is confirmed.

Section 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances ,
and resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be

iand the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
jSection 4: This ordinance shall takoeffect and be
in force immediately upon passage and adoption.

Section 5: By unanimous consent of all the commis-
sioners present this ordinance has been introduced and read
for the first time, and read for the second and third times ;

and passed on all three readings at this meeting of the City
Commission of the City of Dania.. Florida, and has been passed
by a unanimous vote of all commissioners present at this meeting.
