AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF
$92017.32 FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE
CITY OF DANIA TO THE BUDGETARY ITEMS
HEREIN NAMED FOR WHICH APPROPRIATIONS
FOR THE CURRENT YEAR ENDING AUGUST 31,
1950 HAVE PROVED INSUFFICIENT; AND
PROVIDING FOR THE READING AND PASSAGE OF
THIS ORDINANCE AS AN EMERGENCY MEASURE
UPON ONE MEETING OF THE CITY COMMISSION
i OF THE CITY OF DANIA BY A UNANIMOUS CON-
SENT OF THE MEMBERS PRESENT.

WHEREAS, the appropriations of the current fiscal
year of the City of Dania, Florida, ending August 31, 1950,
have proved insufficient for certain budgetary items as
hereinafter set forth,

iNOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CONTAIS-
SION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:

Section 1: That the sum of 109,017.32 be and the
jsame is hereby transferred fromvthe General Fund of the
City of Dania to the following budgetary items for which
appropriations for the current fiscal year ending August 31,
I 1950 have proved insufficient :
Police Department $ 945 58
Department of Sanitation 1395.66
Street Department 113 g4
General Government 209 .67
Section 2: That the remaining balance of the Gen-
oral Fund after payment of the items hereinabove mentioned
shall be transferred to the General Government Fund.

Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances,
and resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith
be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
I Section 4: This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force immediately upon passage and adoption.

Section By unanimous consent of all the commis-
sioners present this ordinance has been introduced and read
for the first time, and read for the second and third times;
and passed on all three readings at this meeting of the City
Commission of the City of Dania, Florida, and has been
passed by a unanimous vote of all commissioners present at
this meeting.
