BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C0I1i,:ISSIUf'T OF TfE CI`2V
OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the license ordinancesof the City
of Dania be and they are hereby amended so as to require
licenses for the operation of vending machines dispensing
food, gum and similar products as follows :
Operators License 25.00
License fee for
each machine 2.50

Section 2: That the license ordinances of the City
of Dania be and they are hereby amended so as to require a
license for each weighing machine in the amount of "5.00.
Section 3: Said license fees shall be due and pay-

able as other license fees of the City of Dania.
Section 1L: Any person, firm or corporation or any
member of any firm or corporation violating any of the provi-
sions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished
by a fine not exceeding Five 1"i.mdred Dollars, (!600.0U) , or
by imprisonment for a period not exceedin Sixty (60) days,
or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of
the Municipal Judge, and in addition thereto, all licenses
issued by the City of Dania to said person, fi.rn or corpora-

� tion or any member of any firm or corporation so convicted
may be revoked in the discretion of the Municipal Judge.
All machines licensed hereunder shall at all times be sub-
ject to such inspection as may be directed by the Chief of
Police or Municipal Judge.
Section 5: That no license shall be required for

any machine operated as herein defined, the proceeds of
i
which shall go entirely to any charitable organization.
Section 6: In the event any section, suh-section,
sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance shall be de-
clared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudi-
cation shall in no manner affect the other sections, sub-
sections, sentences, clauses or phrases of this ordinance,
which shall be in full force and effect as if the section,
sub-section, sentence, clause or phrase so declared or ad-
judged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part
thereof.
Section 7: All m dinalces or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
- Section 8: This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force immediately upon its passage and adoption.
Section 9: By unanimous consent of all commissioners
present this ordinance has been introduced and read for the
first time and read for the second and third time and passed
on all three readings at this meeting of the City Commission
of the City of Dania, Florida, and has been passed by a unan-
imous consent of all commissioners present.
