AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA SO AS TO RE--
QUIRE AN EIGHT FOOT SIDE YARD SETBACK ON I
ALL CORNER LOTS IN ALL RESIDENTIAL SECTIONS
OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA; AND PROVID-
ING FOR THE READING AND PASSAGE OF THIS
ORDINANCE AS AN EMERGENCY PEASURE UPON ONE
IIEETIEM OF THE CITY COIVISSION OF THE CITY
OF DANIA, BY A UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF THE
MEMBERS PRESENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COT.MISSION OF THE
CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That hereafter all corner lots in

all residential sections of the City of Dania, Florida,
i
shall be required to have an eight foot side yard setback.
i
Section 2: Thatall Ordinances or parts of ordi-
nances or resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. +
Section This Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force immediately upon its passage and adoption.
Section By unanimous consent of all the com-
missioners present, this ordinance has been introduced and
read for the first time and read for the second and third
time; and passed on all three readings at this meeting of
the City Commission of the City of Dania, Florida; and has
been passed by a unanimous vote of all the commissioners
present at this meeting.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this SL ` day of September,
