AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF
FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR
DOLLARS ($5,264.00) OF THE CIGARETTE
TAX FUND FOR THE, PURPOSE OF PURCHASING
AND IMPROVING PARK PROPERTY WITHIN THE
CITY OF DANIA: AND PROVIDING FOR THE
READING AND PASSAGE OF THIS ORDINANCE
AS AN EMERGENCY MEASURE UPON ONE MEET-
ING OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF DANIA, BY A UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF
THE MEMBERS PRESENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That there be and there hereby is
appropriated the sum of Five 'Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-four
Dollars (�;5,264.00) from the Cigarette Tax Fund for the pur-
pose of purchasing for park purposes, and improvement of said
i property and other park property, the following described
property, to-wit. j
All that part of the Northeast quarter `(
(NEh) of the Northwest quarter (NWJ)
of the Southwest quarter (SW}) of
Section 'Thirty-four (34), Township
Fifty (50), South, Range Forty-two (42)
East, lying West of Block Thirty (30)
of the town of MODELO (now Dania), said
n.0 property situate, lying and being in
Broward County, Florida.
And said sum hereby is appropriated for the purchase
of said property, and for the improving of said property, and
any other park property within the City of Dania, Florida.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and
take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to
the extent of such conflict,
Section 4: By unanimous consent of all the com-
missioners present, this ordinance has been introduced and read
for the first time and read for the second and third time; and
Passed on all three readings at this meeting of the City Com_
r)i mission of the City of Danis, Florida; and has been nAAaed by v

unanimous vote of all the commissioners present at this meeting,
