VIDING FOR THE READING AI1D PASSAGE OF THIS
ORDINANCE AS AN EMERGENCY MASURE UPON ONE

BERS PRESENT,.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CWEISSION OF THE CITY
OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1 : That Ordinance No. 86, as amended, of
the City of Dania, Florida, be and the same is hereby amended as
follows:
All business construction upon lots or properties
t abutting upon N.E. First Avenue and N. W. First Avenue, or
abutting upon S. E; First Avenue and S. W. First Avenue, rrithin r
the City of Dania, between N. IV. and N. E. First Street on the
north, and S. W. and S. E. First Street upon the south, shall
have a minimum set back from the property line of such property

abutting said avenues of a minimum of four (4) feet from said
property line.
Section 2: That all ordinances and resolutions or
parts of ordinances and resolutions be, and the same are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3: This Ordinance shall tape effect and be
in force immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this loth day of July, A. D. 1950.
