AND ;ITY 'LERK TO EXECUTE IN BEHALF OF CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA, A SUPPM-MENTAL LEASE AGREFMCNT
BETWEEN CITY OF DAN1A AND FRANK SALITINO, CHANG-
I NG THE TETeIS OF RENT PAYABLE UNDER THAT CERTAIN
LEASE DATED THE 20th DAY OF NOVEMER, A. D. , 1947.

WHEREAS, negotiations have been carried on for some
E time by and between FRANK SALVINO, of Dania, Broward County,
! Florida, and the City of Dania, as to the amount of rent to be
t
1 paid by said Lessee, Frank Salvino, to said Lessor, City of Dania,
under the terms and provisions of that certain lease dated the 20th
i
day of November, A. D. , 1927, bNr and between Lessor, City of
{ Dania, and Frank Salvino, as Lessee; and,
WHEREAS, the amount of rent to be paid by said Lessee
to, said Lessor has been now determined under and through said
negotiations; NOVI, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THL CITY COP'_PJISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the Mayor, City Manager and If ty
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute the 6upple-
mental Lease Agreement in behalf of the City of Dania as Lessor and
Frank Salvino, as Lessee, as prepared by the City Attorney, copy of

which Supplemental Lease Agreement is hereto attached and made a

part of this Ordinance.

Section 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances and
resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and
the same are hereby repealed.

Section 3: This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force immediately upon its passage and adoption.
