BE 1T ORDAINED BY 'THr uI'1'Y COi,dijiSSION OF TM. CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Ordinance No. 179 of the City of Dania
be and the same is hereby amended so that wherever the words,
"New River Canal+' appear therein, the words "Dania Cut off Canal"
shall be substituted in lieu thereof, and for said words, "New
Y
River Canal," It is the intention and purpose of this Ordinance

to correct said Ordinance No. 179, so that the terms and provi-
sions of said Ordinance shall apply as to properties, matters
and things south of "Dania Cut Off Canal" within the limits of the
City of Dania, Florida, and to state that the words, "New River
Canal" heretofore appearing in said urdinance and in the title
thereto were in error, and it was the intention to describe
"Dania Cut Off Canal."
Section on 2; All ordinances or parts of ordinances and
resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and
the same are hereby repealed.
Section 3: This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force immediately upon its passage and adoption .

Section 4: By unanimous consent of all the commission-
ers present, this ordinance has been introduced and read for the
first time and read for the second and third time; and passed on
i
all three readings at this meeting of the City Commission of the
City of Dania, Florida; and nas been passed by an unanimous vote
of all the commissioners present at this meeting; to-wit : four (4)
of the five (5) City Commissioners of the City of Dania, one com-
missioner oeing absent .
