AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING THAT CITY OF DANIA
DESIRES TO USE AND 'WILL USE THE OFFICES OF
THE COUNTY TAX ASSESSOR OF BROINARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AND THE COUNTY `PAX COLLECTOR OF
BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE ASSESSING
AND COLLECTING OF MUNICIPAL TAXES FOR THE
YEAR 1950, AS PROVIDED IN CHAPTER 25712
LAWS OF FLORIDA, SPECIAL ACTS OF 1949, AND
PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 18 and 19 OF ARTICLE
VIII OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF
FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING FOR THE READING AND
PASSAGE OF THIS ORDINANCE AS AN EMERGENCY
MEASURE UPON ONE MEETING OF THE CITY COM-
MISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA BY A UNANIMOUS
CONSENT OF THE MEMBERS PRESENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the City of Dania does hereby de-
clare its desire to use the Offices of the County Tax Assessor
of Broward County, Florida, and the County Tax Collector of
Broward County, Florida for the assessing and collecting of
municipal taxes for the year 1950; and does hereby provide
that the assessment and collection of taxes for the year 1950
shall be made by the County Tax Assessor of Broward County,
Florida, and by the County Tax Collector of Broward County,
Florida, respectively, as provided by Chapter 25712, Laws of
Florida, Special Acts of 1949, pursuant to the terms and pro-
visions of Sections 18 and 19 of Article VIII of theConsti-
tution of the State of Florida.
Section 2 : That a certified copy of this ordinance

shall be forwarded by the City Clerk to the County Tax Assessor
of Broward County, Florida, and to the County Tax Collector of
Broward County, Florida, respectively, on or before January 1,
1950.
Section 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances, or
resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and
the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 4: This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force immediately upon its passage and adoption.

Section 5: By unanimous consent of all the commis-
sinners present, this ordinance has been introduced and read
for the first time and read for the second and third time, and
Passed on all three readings at this meeting of the City Com-
mission of the City of Dania, Florida, and has been passed by
a unanimous vote of all the commissioners present at this
meeting.
