BE IT ORDAINED BY `1'IIL; CITY COMMISG.ION JP THE CITY
fOF DANIA, FLCRIDA:

Section 1 : That the Building- Department of the City
of Dania, Florida be and it is hereby authorized, empowered
and directed to immediately prepare a uniform system of street
€fff' numbering for all houses and buildings within the City limits

I of the Citv of Dania, Florida now and to be hereafter con-
structed.
Section 2 : That the street numbers of all houses
and buildings now existing or hereafter constructed shall be
such as may be assigned by the Building Department of the City
of Dania, Florida based upon said plan adopted by the said
Building Department for uniform street numbering.

Section 3 : The owners or occupants of all houses,
j( stores and other premises now existing are required to make ap-
plication to the Building Department for the assignment pf a
correct street number within thirty days after the passage of
I
this ordinance; and the owners or occupants of all houses,
stores and other premises hereafter constructed are required
to make application to the Luilding Department for the as-
signment of a correct street number within thirty (30) days
after the erection of same.
4' Section 4 : Any owner or occupant failing to comply
with the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction,
be punished by a fine of not more than One Hundred Dollars,
(,WO.00), or by imprisonment for not mo re than thirty days
in the discretion of the Municipal Judge.

Section 5; This ordinanc
e shall be in force and
take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
Section All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to
the extent of such conflict.
Sect------ ion 7; Byunanimous consent of all the commis-
sioners present, this ordinance has been introduced and read
for the first time and read for the second and third time;
and passed on all three readinr;s at this meeting of the City
Commission of the City of Dania, Florida; and has been
i passed by a unanimous vote of all the
commissioners present
at this meeting.
