Section l : That no license shall be issued to any
person, firm or corporation as a vendor of intoricatin� li-
quors, beer or wine whether consumed on or off the promises,
whose place of business is in any building located upon a
j parcel of land whose boundary line is less than three hundred
feet (3001 ) to the nearest property line of an established
church, school, cemetery or municipally owned building,

(which distance shall be measured by following; the shortest
route of ordinary pedestrian travel alon.* the public thorough-
fare from the nearest property line of said business parcel

Section 2 • Ordinance No. 201 of the City of Dania,
Florida, and all ordinances or parts of ordinances and resolu-
tions and parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and
the same are hereby repealed.
Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force immediately upon its passa;r,e and adoption.
