OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1 : That Section 4 of Ordinance 1do. 166
passed and adopted by the City of Dania, Florida, July 22,
1946, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows :

Each distributor of such coin operated devices shall pay a
license fee of :';50.00 and the fee for licerses on afore-
said coin operated devices shall be :,�100.00 for the first
coin operated device, and 25.00 for each additional coin
operated device.
Section 2 : That Section 3 of said Ordinance No. !
166 be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: 1
All licenses shall be due and payable on or before the first
day of October of each year, and no license shall be issued
for any fractional. portion of a year.
Section 3 : This ordinance shall be in force and
take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption on
the third reading of the same.
