WHEREAS, Gaetano Tito and Julia Tito, his wife,
are the owners of :

Lots 1 to 8, inclusive, block 3. HOLLYWOOD
i CEV'PER A!,TNDED, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Flat Book 9, page 43,
Iof the pubis records of Brow and County,
Florida; said lands being located in Brow-
and County, Florida; and including all of
that certain alley r Qht-of-way within
` said Block 3, as above described; and
WHEREAS, said owners have submitted to the City r
Commission of the C:it; of Dania a plat of Hollywood Center (
Court replattinC the above described property; and
j WHEREAS, the City Commission has caused a public
hearing to be held on the adoption of said plat at a regular r
meeting of the commission not less than fifteen days after `+
jthe presentation of application for said plat, and notice
of such public hearing has been duly published in a news-
paper of general circulation in the City of Dania; and

WHEREAS, no objections were presented to said plat
I at said public hearing; and
VIHI'REAS, it appears from said plat of Hollywood
I
I Center Court that said plat dedicates to the perpetual use
J of the public the streets and alleys shown on said plat of

! Hollywood Center Court;

Section 1 : That the plat of holly.vood Center Court
dated the 6th day of August, A. D. , 1949, be and the same is
hereby accepted and anproved for record.
Section 2 : That all streets, alleys and rights of

way as shown by said plat submitted by Gaetano Tito and Julia
Tito, his wife, be and the same are hereby approved, and the
streets, alleys or rights of way, if any, as to said property
prior to the adoption of said plat be and the same are here-
by vacated and abandoned as to public streets, alleys and
rights of way.
Section 3 : All Ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4 : By unanimous consent of the City Com-
mission, reading of this ordinance in full on three separate
readings is hereby waived and suspended, and this Ordinance
shall be read in full on the first reading, and by the title
only on the second and third readings, and Passed on all
three readings on the same day.
