AN ORDINANCE AlErDING ORDINANCE NO. B5 AS
AMENDED BEING THE: ZONING ORDINANCES OF 712
CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, TO ZONE LOTS 4 AND
9, AND ALL THAT PORTION OF LOTS 51 6, 7
AND B, BLOCK 200, HOLLYWOOD CENTRAL BEACH,
IN THE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FOR USE
ZONING A-1, AND PROVIDING FOR STREET SET
BACK AS TO SAID PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TITS CITY COUNCIL OF TM CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1 : That Lots 4 and 9, and all that portion
of Lots 5, 6, 7 and B. Block 200, Hollywood Central Beach, in
the limits of the City of Dania, be and the same are hereby
use zoned A-1; provided that the street set back shall be
twenty feet as to said property.
i Section 2: That all Ordinances or Resolutions or
parts of Ordinances or Resolutions in conflict herewith be
and the same are hereby repealed. i

jSection 3 : This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force immediately upon its passage and adoption .
