AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT
OF MINNIS MANOR; AND REPEALING
d ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH TO
( THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA:

j Section 1. That the plat of the subdivision, known as MINNIS
MANOR, same being a plat of the following described lands situate,
lying and being in Dania
Broward County, Florida, to wit, '
I
Lot A, Block 12, COLLEGE TRACT
SECOND ADDITION, according to the
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
19, e 19,
Broward County, Florida, which has

a location of the northwest corner
Of S. W. 3rd Street and Phi
ppen
Road, Dania, Broward County, Florida;
3 and

Beginning at the northwest corner of
SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of NW 1/4, Section
3 , Township 51 South, Range 42 East,
and running thence South a distance I
Of 151. 5 feet; thence, East 262 feet, f
more or less, to the West line of
West Dixie Highway, extended North
through said Section; thence, North
along the said West line of said Dixie
Highway 151. 5 feet, more or less, to
the North line of said SE 1/4 of NW
1/4 of NW 1/4, Section 3 , Township 51
South, Range 42 East; thence, west 300
feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning, except the North 25 feet,
according to the plat thereof recorded
Recordsin the Public
Florida, said lands situate, lyingoandy,
being in Broward County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby approved.

Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section That this ordinance shall become effective as of
its passage and adoption.

Reference is made to your letter of December 21, 1973 , regarding
certain ordinances adopted during 1973 .

One item you mention is the ordinance approving the plat of
Minnis Manor.
This ordinance was passed on first reading on January 15,
1973 .
The ordinance was then passed on second reading and on third
reading on February 19, 1973 .
I enclose the original copy for your file and ask that you
place same in your official file of ordinances.
You will note that we have assigned the number, 22.6 , to the
ordinance.
