BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T?IE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORILA:
Section 1 : That, Ordinance Ito. 168-A passed and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Dania, Florida
be and the same is hereby amended by deletinr- from Section
1 thereof the following quoted provision:
with a twenty-five cent (25d) discount
for prompt payment of bills rendered for
this service" .
Section 2 : That in all other respects said Ordi-
nance No. 168-A shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3 : That all ordinances or resolutions or
parts of ordinances or resolutions in conflict herewith be I
and the same are hereby repealed. I(

Section 4 : This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force Lmnediately upon its passage and adoption.

A SUBDIVISION OF THAT PORTION OF THE "AMENDED
PLAT OF HOLLYWOOD HEIGHTS", LESS THE SOUTH
35 FEET THEREOF, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF
