AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCES
OF TIIE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA PROVIDING
THAT BUILDINGS EREC`1L ON PROPERTY AD-

BACK 50 FELT F,?OIS THE CENTER LINE OF
SAID DANIA BEACH BOULEVARD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF DANIA, FLORIDA.
Section I. That buildings erected on property
adjoining the 'Nest Beach Boulevard between U. S. Highway
No. 1 and the western city limits of the City of Dania
shall be set back 50 feet from the center line of said
Dania Beach Boulevard.
Section 2. That a;,i. Ordinances or Resolutions
or parts of Ordinances or Resolutions in conflict here-
with be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force immediately upon its passage and adoption .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of July, A. D.,
1948.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUI:CIL OF THE CITY
OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section That Ordinance No. be and the
same is hereby amended to provide that said Ordinance
which requires the closing of certain liquor establish-
ments on election days shall not apply to any special pri-
mary election for a justice of the State Supreme Court of
Florida.
Section 2 : All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are repealed hereby to the extent of
such conflict. The provisions cf said Ordinance No. 6
are not affected hereby, except as set forth herein, and
such provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: ThIs Ordinance shall take effect im-
;iediately upon its passage and adoption .

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 24-2(c) of ORDINANCE NO.
63 TO PERMIT THE USE OF P .V. C. PIPE IN THE
INSTALLATION OF LATERAL SEWER LINES ; AND
PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES AND ALL RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF
RESOLUTION IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED
TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE .
I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,

FLORIDA:
Section 1 . Section 24-2(c) of Ordinance No . 63 be and the same
a is hereby amended to read as follows :
"Installation of Lateral Line Across
Property.
Y
Any person obtaining such permit may install
a lateral line across his property from the
house, building or other improvement being
served to the nearest sanitary sewer line I
adjacent to the property being served. The
lateral lines shall be either cast-iron pipe,
P. V. C. pipe or vitrified clay pipe . The
installation of said cast-iron pipe, P.V. C.
pipe or vitrified claypipe shall conform with

the minimum requirements of the South Florida
Building Code. "
Section 2. That except as herein amended all other provisions of
said Ordinance No . 63 shall remain in full force and effect .
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances and all

resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and the
same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict .

jSection 4. That this ordinance shall be in force and take
effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED on First Reading on the12thday of December
1978 .
PASSED and ADOPTED on Second and Final Reading on the 26th day
of December 1978 .
