BE, IT ORDAINED BY THF: CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF DANIA, FLORIDA:

Section 1 : That no license shall be issued to
any person, firm or corporation as a vendor of intoxica-
ting liquors, beer or wine whether consumed on or off the
premises , whose place of bisineso is in an;, building lo-
cated upon a parcel of land whose boundary line is less
than three hundred feet (300t ) to the nearest property
line of an established church, school or municipally
owned building, (which distance shall be measured by fol•-
lowIng the shortest route of ordinary
� y pedestrian travel
along the public thoroughfare from the nearest property
• _•� line of said business pastel of land to the nearest pro-
perty lire of said church, school or municipally owned
building) .
Section 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinan-
ces in conflict herewith are repealed hereby.
Section 3: This Urdinance shall. take effect

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,
i APPROVING THE PLAT OF CLARKE SUBDIVISION,
SAME BEING A SUBDIVISION OF THE NORTHWEST
ONE-QUARTER (NW4) OF THE NORTHWEST ONE-
QUARTER (NW4) OF THE SOUTHEAST ONE-QUARTER
(SE4) OF THE SOUTHEAST ONE-QUARTER (SE4) ,
LESS THE EAST 110 FEET, MORE OR LESS , TO
CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN FLORIDA FLOOD CONTROL
DISTRICT, LESS THE NORTH 75 FEET THEREOF, AND
LESS THE WEST 30 FEET THEREOF, SECTION 33 ,
i TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST; SAID LANDS
SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE CITY OF DANIA,
BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ACCEPTING THE
DEDICATION OF PUBLIC USE OF ALL STREETS ,
j HIGHWAYS AND ALLEYS AS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT OF
SAID CLARKE SUBDIVISION; AND PROVIDING THAT
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES AND ALL
RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH
CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,

FLORIDA:
Section 1 . That the plat of Clarke Subdivision, same being a
subdivision of the Northwest one-quarter (NW4) of the Northwest one-
quarter (NW4) of the Southeast one-quarter (SE4) of the Southeast one- l
quarter (SE4) , less the East 110 feet, more or less , to Central and
;} Southern Florida Flood Control District, less the North 75 feet there-
1 of, and less the West 30 feet thereof, Section 33, Township 50 South,
Range 42 East; said lands situate, lying and being in the City of
III Dania, Broward County, Florida.
Section 2 . That the dedication for public use of all streets ,

highways and alleys , as shown on said plat of said Clarke Subdivision,
I is hereby accepted by the City of Dania, Florida.

Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances and all
resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and the
same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in force and take effect
