AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE PLAT OF RODDY DANIA PLAT NO -
SAMEBEING A SUBDIVISION OF THE EAST ONE HALF

SOUTHWEST ONE QUARTER (SW 1/4) , LESS THAT POR-
TION LYING WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY 0F DANIA
BEACH BOULEVARD, THIS BEING A PART OF SECTION
35 , TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST; SAID
LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE CITY OF
DANIA, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ACCEPTING
THE DEDICATION OF PUBLIC USE OF ALL STREETS,
HIGHWAYS AND ALLEYS AS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT OF
SAID RODDY DANIA PLAT NO. 1; AND PROVIDING
THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
AND ALL RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS
a IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT
OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
d FLORIDA:
Section 1 . That the plat of Roddy Dania Plat No. 1 , same
� being a subdivision of the East one half ( E 1/2) of the South-
west one quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northeast one quarter (NE 1/4)
of the Southwest one quarter (SW 1/4) , less that portion lying
,I within the right-of-way of Dania Beach Boulevard. This being
q� a part of Section 35 , Township 50 South , Range 42 East; said

lands situate , lying and being in the City of Dania, Broward
jCounty, Florida, is hereby accepted and approved. With respect
thereto, City of Dania consents and agrees that such plat may be
recorded in the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, upon
further approval by all agencies of Broward County, Florida,
having jurisdiction in the matter.
Section 2. That the dedication for public use of all
streets , highways and alleys , as shown on said plat of said
Roddy Dania Plat No . 1, is hereby accepted by the City of Dania,
Florida.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances and
all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be

and the same are hereby repealed to the extent fo such conflict.
Section 4, That this ordinance shall be in force and take
effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on First Reading on the 12th day of December,
1978.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on Second and Final Reading on the 26th9ay
of December 1978.
