AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE PLAT OF M.L. S . , SAME BEING A
SUBDIVISION OF A PORTION OF THE NORTH ONE-
HALF (N. z) OF THE SOUTHEAST ONE-QUARTER (S .E .4)
3 OF THE SOUTHEAST ONE-QUARTER (S .E .4) OF SECTION
i 22 , TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH , RANGE 42 EAST, MORE
FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS : COMMENCING AT THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SAID NORTH ONE-HALF (N.z)
OF THE SOUTHEAST ONE-QUARTER (S .E .4) OF THE
SOUTHEAST ONE-QUARTER (S .E .4) OF SECTION 22 ,

SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE CITY OF DANIA,
BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ACCEPTINC THE
DEDICATION OF PUBLIC USE OF ALL STREETS , HIGHWAYS
AND ALLEYS AS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT OF SAID M.L.S . ;
AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES AND ALL RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF
SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA:
Section 1 . That the plat of M.L.S . , same being a subdivision of
a portion of the North one-half (N. _) of the Southeast one-quarter
(S .E.4) of the Southeast one-quarter (S .E .y) of Section 22 , Township
50 South, Range 42 East, more fully described as follows : Commencing
at the Southeast corner of the said North one-half (N.2) of the
Southeast one-quarter (S .E.4) of the Southeast one-quarter (S .E .4) of
Section 22 ; thence South 89043 ' 17" West , along the South line of the

said North one-half (N. Z) of the Southeast one-quarter (S .E.4) of
the Southeast one-quarter (S .E .4) of Section 22 , a distance of
337. 78 feet; thence North 1°22 ' 50" West , along the East line of the
West three-quarters (W. 3/4) of the said North one-half (N.z) of the
Southeast one-quarter (S .E .4) of the Southeast one-quarter
of Section 22, a distance of 25 feet to the point of beginning;
thence continuing North 1°22 ' 50" West , along the said East line, a
distance of 82 .42 feet ; thence North 85 °27 ' 20" West a distance of
477 . 81 feet to a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of U.S .
Highway No . 1 and a point on a curve; thence southerly, along the

said Easterly right-of-way and along a curve to the left, whose

tangent bears South 6°43 ' 11" West, with a radius of 5696 .65 feet and
a central angle of 1°14' 26" , an arc distance of 123 . 35 feet ; thence
North 89°43 ' 17" East, along a line 25 feet North of and parallel with
_ the said South line of the North one-half (N.2) of the Southeast one-
quarter (S .E.4) of the Southeast one-quarter (S .E .4) of Section 22 ,
a distance of 491 .41 feet to the point of beginning; said lands
situate, lying and being in the City of Dania, Broward County, Florida.
Section 2. That the dedication for public use of all streets , i

highways and alleys , as shown on said plat of said M.L.S . , is hereby
,. accepted by the City of Dania, Florida .
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances and all
resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and the
same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict .
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in force and take effect
immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED on First Reading on the 12th day of September
1978.
PASSED and ADOPTED on Second and Final Reading on the 26th day
of September 1978 .
