AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF
C & C SUBDIVISION; AND REPEALING ALL
I ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH TO THE EXTENT OF
SUCH CONFLICT: AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
iI BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. - That the plat of the subdivision, known
as C & C SUBDIVISION, same being a plat of the following de-
scribed lands situate, lying and being in Dania, Broward County,
Florida, to wit,
Parcel "A" , SHELTER ISLANDS 2ND ADDITION,
as recorded in Plat Book 51, page 3,
Public Records of Broward County, Florida,
j AND that portion of the E 1/2 of the NE
1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 33 , Township
50 South, Range 42 East, bounded as
follows: On the North by a line 35.00
feet South of and parallel with the
North line of the said E 1/2; on the East
by the East line of the said E 1/2; on the
South by the North right-of-way line of
N. W. 13th Avenue as recorded in Official
Records Book 2007, page 301, Public Records
of Broward County, Florida; on the West by
the East line of said Parcel "A" ; said lands
situate, lying and being in Broward County,
Florida,
be and the same is hereby approved.
Section 2, - That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
Section 3. - That this ordinance shall become effective
as of its passage and adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED on First Reading on the 20th day of
November, 1972 .
