AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,
j APPROVING THE PLAT OF GREYHOUND RENT-A-CAR,
SAME BEING A SUBDIVISION OF THE WEST ONE-
HALF (WZ) OF THE WEST ONE-HALF (WZ) OF THE
SOUTHWEST ONE-QUARTER (SW4) OF THE SOUTHEAST
ONE-QUARTER (SE4) OF THE NORTHEAST ONE-QUARTER
(NE4) , LESS THE NORTH 107 . 31 FEET AND LESS THE
SOUTH 290 . 76 FEET; AND THE SOUTHEAST ONE-
QUARTER (SE4) OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE-QUARTER (SW4)
OF THE NORTHEAST ONE-QUARTER (NE4) LYING EAST
OF U. S . HIGHWAY NO. 1 , LESS THE NORTH 107 . 31 FEET
AND LESS THE SOUTH 290 . 76 FEET , ALL IN SECTION
i 27, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH , RANGE 42 EAST; TOGETHER
WITH THE WEST 300 FEET OF THE EAST THREE-QUARTERS
(E 3/4) OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE-QUARTER (SW,',) OF THE
SOUTHEAST ONE-QUARTER (SE,',) OF THE NORTHEAST ONE-
QUARTER (NE4) OF SAID SECTION 27 , TOWNSHIP 50
SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST, LESS THE SOUTH 290 . 76 (AS
MEASURED ALONG THE WEST LINE) AND THE NORTH 10
t FEET THEREOF, SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING
1 IN THE CITY OF DANIA, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA;
AND ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF PUBLIC USE OF ALL
i STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND ALLEYS AS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT
OF SAID GREYHOUND RENT-A-CAR; AND PROVIDING THAT
>. ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES AND ALL
RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

{ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA:

Section 1 . That the plat of GREYHOUND RENT-A-CAR, same being a
subdivision of the West One-Half (WZ) of the West One-Half (WZ) of
the Southwest One-Quarter (SW4) of the Southeast One-Quarter (SE4) L
of the Northeast One-Quarter (NE4) , less the North 107 . 31 feet and

less the South 290 . 76 feet ; and the Southeast One-Quarter (SE4) of the
Southwest One-Quarter (SW4) of the Northeast One-Quarter (NE4) lying

East of U. S . Highway No. 1 , less the North 107 . 31 feet and less the
South 290. 76 feet , all in section 27 , Township 50 South, Range 42 East ;
together with the West 300 feet of the East Three-Quarters (E 3/4) of
the Southwest One-Quarter (SW4) of the Southeast One-Quarter (SE4) of
the Northeast One-Quarter (NE4) of said Section 27 , Township 50 South,
Range 42 East, less the South 290 . 76 (as measured along the West line)
and the North 10 feet thereof, said lands situate, lying and being in
the City of Dania, Broward County, Florida, is hereby accepted and
approved. With respect thereto, City of Dania consents and agrees that

such plat may be recorded in the Public Records of Broward County,
Florida, upon further approval by all agencies of Broward County,

I Florida, having jurisdiction in the matter. -
Section 2 . That the dedication for public use of all streets ,

highways and alleys , as shown on said plat of said Greyhound Rent-A- !
Car, is hereby accepted by the City of Dania, Florida.
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances and all I
resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and the
same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in force and take effect

immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED on First Reading on the 25th day of

July 1978 .
ii PASSED and ADOPTED on Second and Final Reading on the 8th
day of August 1978.
