AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED

RD-6000; AND, PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES AND
RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE
EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND, PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.

a review of zoning in certain areas of the City
of Dania has been made by the City Commission of the City of
Dania and the City Commission having received the advice of
the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Dania, and upon

due public notice published and
publice hearing held, '
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:

Section That the following described lands shall be
rezoned from zoning District C-1 to Zoning District C-2 ;
(a) Lots 1 through 6 , both inclusive, Block 1 ; Lots 1
{ through 11 , both inclusive, Block 2 ;
Lots 2 and 3, Block 4;
Lots 1 , 2, 3, 14, 15 and 16, Block 5; and Lots 1 through 8,

both inclusive, Block 6 , of BEACHWAY SUBDIVISION according
to the plat thereof recording in Plat Book 8 , Page 33 , of
the public records of Broward County, Florida;
(b) Block 3 , BEACHWAY AMENDED, according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 27 , Page 7 , of the Public '
records of Broward County, Florida;
(c) Lots 27 through 38 , both inclusive , Block 2,
amended plat of Block 2 of ESKILSON ADDITION, according to `
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7 , Page 10, of the
public records of Broward County, Florida;

Section 2 . That the following described lands shall be

Section 3. That the following described lands shall be

Lots 1 through 24, both inclusive , Block 27 , TOWN OF
MODELO (Now Dania) according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book B, Page 49 of the public records of. Dade County,
iFlorida, said land situate, lying and being in Broward County,
Florida.

Section 4. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
and all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith
I be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such

conflict.

Section That this ordinance shall be in force
and take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
