JAMES PARK DELMAR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 63 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING, AND BEING IN DANIA, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ACCEPT- ING THE DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC USE OF ALL STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND ALLEYS , AS SHOWN ON THE SAID PLAT OF "TOWN & COUNTRY ESTATES, SECTION I". NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the plat of "Town & Country Estates , Section 1" same being a subdivision of the West 2 of the Northwest 4 of the Northeast 4 of the Southeast 4, Section 3, Township 51 South, Range 42 East and the West z of Block E, St. James Park Delmar, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, page 63 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, said lands situate, lying, and being in Dania, Broward County, Florida, is hereby accepted and approved . With respect thereto, City of Dania consents and agrees that such plat may be recorded in the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, upon further approval by all agencies of Broward County, Florida, having jurisdiction in the matter. Section 2. That the dedication for public use of all streets , highways and alleys , as shown on said plat, is hereby i accepted by the City of Dania. { Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances and all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict . i -1- i i Section 4.
