{ ORDINANCE NO. 103
! AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,
MAKING INTER-DEPARTMENTAL TRANSFERS OF
APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR 1975-1976 .
WHEREAS, the 1975-1976 budget of the revenue and ex-
penditures has been approved by the City Commission, and,
WHEREAS, certain changes to said appropriations and
budget are now necessary.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the budget and appropriations for the
year 1975-1976 are hereby amended, deleted, changed or appropriated
as set forth on attached Attachment "B".
Section 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances and
all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and
the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict .
Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in force and take

effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED on First Reading on the loth day of
i August, 1976.
PASSED and ADOPTED on Second and Final Reading on the 24
i
1 August day of Au 9 1976 .
