Such property, in fact, is owned by the petitioner, DAVID H. ' RUSH, and no others, as evidenced by Certificate of Ownership prepared 4 i by Attorney's Title Service, Inc . , dated May 10, 1990, a copy of which 1 is attached hereto as Exhibit A; and jj 2. Such property is contiguous to the City of Dania, Florida , 4 1 and 1 ! 3. Such property is reasonably compact ; and 1 4. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA: Section 1 . That the property described as : THE SOUTH 231 . 4 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK 4, OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST, REED LAND COMPANY SUBDIVISION, PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THAT PORTION DEEDED TO BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES , AS SET FORTH IN THOSE CERTAIN DEEDS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7345, AT PAGE 628 AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7572, AT PAGE A 710, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY; FLORIDA; be and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Dania, Florida . Section 2 . That the boundary lines of the City of Dania , Florida, be and the same are hereby re-defined to include the land , herein described . Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be published once a week for four ( 4 ) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation within the City of Dania, such publication to occur between the first and second readings hereof by the City Commission. Section 4 . That a certified copy of this ordinance shall be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Broward County, Florida and with the Department of State of the State of Florida . Section 5.
