Home My WebLink AboutO-1989-025 _ i ORDINANCE NO. 25-89 ' AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, AMENDING ITS BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1988-89 BY CHANGING THE WATER FUND BUDGET REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS FOR EXPENDITURES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1988-89 TO INCREASE SAID WATER FUND BUDGET ESTIMATED REVENUES AND 1 APPROPRIATIONS FOR EXPENDITURES FROM THE TOTAL OF $1 , 113 ,200 TO $1 ,331 , 105 BY INCREASING THE USE OF PRIOR YEARS SURPLUS IN THE AMOUNT OF $217, 905 ; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES AND ALL RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Water fund budget of estimated revenues and appropriations for expenditures for the fiscal year 1988-89 has I been approved by the City Commission of the City of Dania, i Florida; and 4 WHEREAS, certain changes to said fiscal year Water fund budget of appropriations for expenditures are now necessary as follows: , REVENUE Appropriate $217,905 .00 from Prior Year Surplus . i ,. That the Water Fund budget for the fiscal year 1988-89 be and the same is hereby amended, deleted and otherwise changed by increasing the total estimated revenues and j appropriations for expenditures from the sum of $1, 113, 200 to $1 ,331 , 105. i Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances and all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in force and take effect immediately upon its final passage and adoption. PASSED and ADOPTED on First Reading on the 28thday of March 1989 .
