Home My WebLink AboutO-1988-034 ORDINANCE NO. 34-88 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, AMENDING ITS BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1987-88 BY CHANGING THE WATER FUND BUDGET REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS FOR EXPENDITURES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ja 1987-88 TO INCREASE SAID WATER FUND BUDGET J ESTIMATED REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS FOR EXPENDITURES FROM THE TOTAL OF $941, 200 TO $998, 900 BY INCREASING THE USE OF PRIOR YEARS SURPLUS IN THE AMOUNT OF $57, 700 ; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES AND ALL RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING THAT THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE JULY 1, 1988. WHEREAS , the Water Fund budget of estimated revenues and ! appropriations for expenditures for the fiscal year 1987-88 has been approved by the City Commission of the City of Dania , Florida, and WHEREAS, certain changes to said fiscal year Water Fund budget of appropriations for expenditures are now necessary as follows : a ) increase use of prior year 's surplus from $15, 000 I to $72, 700, and b) increase appropriations for water plant professional services from $2, 000 to $13, 400, and c ) increase appropriations for ' Purchase of Water for Resale ' from $17, 000 to $63, 300, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE 3 CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA: Section 1 . That the Water Fund budget for the fiscal year 1987-88 be and the same is hereby amended, deleted and otherwise changed by increasing the total estimated revenues and appropriations for expenditures from the sum of $941, 200 to $998, 900. Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances and 1 all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be repealed to the extent of such conflict , s a ORDINANCE NO. 34-88 4 i Section 3 . That this ordinance shall be in force and take effect on July 1, 1988.
