ORDINANCE NO. 13-88
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA
AMENDING ARTICLE IV, CHAPTER 13 OF THE 1980
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA, BY ADDING SECTION 13-72 TO PROVIDE
FOR AN AWARD FOR INFORMATION LEADING TO THE
APPREHENSION OF ANYONE ILLEGALLY DUMPING TIRES
WITHIN THE CITY OF DANIA; AND PROVIDING THAT
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES AND ALL
RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN CON-
FLICT HEREWITH, BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF
SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF

j DANIA, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Article IV of Chapter 13, of the 1980
{ Code of Ordinances of the City of Dania, Florida, be and the
j same is amended by adding the following :
f Section 13-72 Reward for Information
i
The city will pay an award in the amount of twenty-
five dollars ( $25. 00 ) to anyone furnishing information that
leads to the apprehension of anyone illegally dumping tires
within the city limits .
SECTION 2. That except as herein amended, all other
provisions of said chapter 13 shall remain in full force and
+ effect.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
and all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict here-
with be repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall be in force and
take effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED on First Reading on the 22nd day of
March 1988.
PASSED and ADOPTED on Second and Final Reading on the 12th
iday of April 1988.
