In the event that any section or provision of i this Ordinance, or any portion thereof, and paragraph, sentence or word be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be i invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the i remainder hereof , as a whole or part hereof , other than the part i declared to be invalid. i Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances and all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. Section 4. This Ordinance shall not become effective immediately, but shall become effective upon the Recertification by the Broward County Planning Council. In the event that recertification is rejected, altered or modified, as may be applicable , this Ordinance shall be void and of no effect.
