AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, RE-
ZONING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LANDS, TO-WIT:
THE N 1/2 OF LOT 2 , "PALMEADOR HALF ACRES NO. 2" ,
AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23 , PAGE 37 , OF THE
PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID
LANDS SITUATE IN BROWARD COUNTY , FLORIDA, FROM
PRESENT ZONING CLASSIFICATION TO C-4 ZONING
CLASSIFICATION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE
NO. 100 OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED;
AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES AND ALL RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RESOLU-
TIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE
EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA,
FLORIDA:

Section 1. That the following described lands , situate ,
lying and being in Broward County, Florida , to-wit :
THE N 1/2 OF LOT 2 , "PALMEADOR HALF ACRES NO. 2" , I
AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23 , PAGE 37 , OF THE j
PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY , FLORIDA, j
be and the same are hereby rezoned from existing zoning classi-
fication to C-4 zoning classification as defined under
Ordinance No. 100 of the City of Dania, Florida , as amended.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances and
all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be
» and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict .
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in force and take
effect immediately upon its final passage and adoption.
