AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 29-86 TO REPEAL SECTION 6-36 OF CHAPTER
6 OF THE 1980 CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DANIA, j
FLORIDA, ENTITLED "STAMPING OF TICKETS OF PIER PATRONS" ;
AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
AND ALL RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of the City of Dania ,

Florida , passed and adopted on Final Reading, Ordinance No. 29-86
i
on the 22nd day of July, 1986; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence , Section 6-36 was omitted from j
Section 1 thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA:

Section 1 . That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 29-86 as passed
and adopted on Final Reading on July 22 , 1986 , be and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1 . That Sections 6-32, 6-33 , 6-33 . 1 , 6-34 ,

1 6-35 , 6-36 , 6-37, 6-38 and 6-39 of Chapter 6 of the 1980
Code of Ordinances of the City of Dania, Florida, be and
the same are hereby repealed. "
Section 2 . That except as herein amended , all other provi-
sions of. said Ordinance No. 29-86 shall remain in full force and

effect .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances and

all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be
and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in force and take
effect immediately upon its final passage and adoption.
PASSED and ADOPTED on First Reading on the ?3rd day of
September 1986.
PASSED and ADOPTED on Second and Final Reading on the 14th
day of October 1986 .
