HomeMy WebLinkAboutO-1986-043 ORDINANCE NO. 43-86 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 29-86 TO REPEAL SECTION 6-36 OF CHAPTER 6 OF THE 1980 CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DANIA, j FLORIDA, ENTITLED "STAMPING OF TICKETS OF PIER PATRONS" ; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES AND ALL RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of the City of Dania , I Florida , passed and adopted on Final Reading, Ordinance No. 29-86 i on the 22nd day of July, 1986; and WHEREAS, through inadvertence , Section 6-36 was omitted from j Section 1 thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA: i Section 1 . That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 29-86 as passed and adopted on Final Reading on July 22 , 1986 , be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 1 . That Sections 6-32, 6-33 , 6-33 . 1 , 6-34 , 4 1 6-35 , 6-36 , 6-37, 6-38 and 6-39 of Chapter 6 of the 1980 Code of Ordinances of the City of Dania, Florida, be and the same are hereby repealed. " Section 2 . That except as herein amended , all other provi- sions of. said Ordinance No. 29-86 shall remain in full force and e � effect . Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances and I all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in force and take effect immediately upon its final passage and adoption. PASSED and ADOPTED on First Reading on the ?3rd day of September 1986.
