Such property is contiguous to the City of Dania, Florida; and i 3 . Such property is reasonably compact ; and 4 . That this ordinance shall be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation within the City of Dania, such publication to occur between the first and second readings hereof by the City Com- mission. Section 4. That a certified copy of this ordinance shall be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Broward County, Florida and with the Department of State of the State of Florida. ISection 5 . That this ordinance shall be in force and take effect immediately upon its final passage and adoption. PASSED and ADOPTED on First Reading on the 25th day of _ March 1986.
