With respect thereto , the City of Dania consents and agrees that such plat may be recorded in the Public Records of Broward County , Florida, upon futher ap- proval of all agencies of Broward County, Florida, having juris- diction in the matter. Section 2. That the dedication for public use of all streets , i highways and alleys , as shown on the plat of said "GOTTLIEB SUB- DIVISION NO. 2", is hereby accepted by the City of Dania, Florida. Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances and i all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be 1 { and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in force and take effect immediately upon its final passage and adoption. PASSED and ADOPTED on First Reading on the 11th day of e February 1986. Dania Beach Blvd. Dania Beach, Fla. 33004 Dear Mr. Maxwell: Last Thursday, February 20, 1986, "GOTTLIEB SUBDIVISION NO. 2" went before Broward County's Development Review Committee and there were certain changes that they are causing to be made to bring said above mentioned plat into an acceptable package. Said changes are: 1. 10' utility easement along the West ultimate property line of the plat. i 2. A 50' wide opening in the non ingress — engress line along the West property line. Center line of the opening is to be 125' North of the South property line of said plat. 3. Additional easement for a storage lane and transition lane extending from opening Northward. Storage is to be 150' in length and transition lane to be 100' in length. As the above mentioned changes do not basically change the originally submitted plat to any appreciable degree, my clients and myself are in hopes that the Dania City Commission will see fit to pass on second reading an ordinance accepting "GOTTLIEB SUBDIVISION NO. 2" conditional to said changes.
