HomeMy WebLinkAboutO-1985-036 ORDINANCE NO. 36-85 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, AMENDING ARTICLE 6. 21 OF CHAPTER 28 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, BY AMENDING THAT PORTION OF SUB- PARAGRAPH (c) (1) ENTITLED "SCHEDULE OF OFF- STREET PARKING REQUIREMENTS CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA" ; AND PROVIDING THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES AND ALL RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. {� BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DANIA, 1 FLORIDA: Section 1. That Article 6. 21 of Chapter 28 of the Code of ), Ordinances of the City of Dania , Florida , be and the same is hereby amended by amending that portion of subparagraph (c) (1) entitled "Schedule of Off-Street Parking Requirements City of Dania, Florida", I all as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, the same as though incorporated word for word in this section. Section 2. That except as herein amended, all other provisions of Article 6 . 21 of Chapter 28 shall remain in full force and effect. Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances and all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict . .0 Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in force and take effect immediately upon its final passage and adoption. i PASSED and ADOPTED on First Reading on the 13th day of August 1985 .
