AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA, RE-
ZONING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LANDS, TO WIT:
THAT PORTION OF THE W 1/2 OF THE SW 1/2 OF THE
SW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 34 , TOWNSHIP 50
SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA,
LYING WITHIN 340 FEET OF THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID
i SECTION 34 , LESS RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR STIRLING ROAD,
I SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN BROWARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
i RM-12 TO C-4 ZONING CLASSIFICATION UNDER THE
PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 100 OF THE CITY OF

PROVIDINGTHAT ALL ORDINANCES LORA PARTS DOFAORDI-
NANCES AND ALL RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF

Section 3 . That this Ordinance shall be in force and take
effect immediately upon its final passage and adoption.
