AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,
REZONING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LANDS , TO WIT:
THE WEST 350 FEET OF THE EAST 725 FEET OF THE
NORTH ONE-HALF (N2) OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE-
QUARTER (SW4) OF THE NORTHWEST ONE-QUARTER
(NW4) , LESS STREET AND CANAL RIGHTS-OF-WAY,
SECTION 35 , TOWNSHIP 50 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST
(THIS DESCRIPTION INCLUDES THAT PROPERTY
PLATTED AS LOT 3, ROYAL PALM VISTA SECOND
ADDITION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75 , PAGE 9,
OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, t
FLORIDA) ; FROM EXISTING ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF f
RD8000 TO C-3 ZONING CLASSIFICATION UNDER THE j PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 100 OF THE CITY
OF DANIA, FLORIDA, AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED ;

RD8000 to C-3 zoning classification as defined under Ordinance No. f -'

Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances and

all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be
repealed to the extent of such conflict . i

Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in force and take
effect immediately upon its passage and adoption.
