ORDINANCE NO . 286
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DANIA, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE PLAT OF "SANDPIPER BAY WKLDWOOD" i
SAME BEING THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF
THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF
SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 51 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST.
SAID LANDS CONTAINING 5 . 3422 ACRES (232 , 706
SQ. FT. ) , MORE OR LESS ; SAID LANDS LYING IN
DANIA, BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ACCEPTING
THE DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC USE OF ALL STREETS ,
HIGHWAYS AND ALLEYS , AS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT OF
SAID "SANDPIPER BAY WYLDWOOD" ; AND PROVIDING
THAT ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES AND
ALL RESOLUTIONS OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN CON-
FLICT HEREWITH BE REPEALED TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH
CONFLICT ; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Section 1. That the plat of "SANDPIPER BAY WYLDWOOD" same

Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section

j 3 , Township 51 South, Range 42 East . Said
I lands containing 5 . 3422 Acres (232 , 706 Sq. Ft. ) ,
more or less ; said lands lying in Dania, Broward
County, Florida,
jis hereby accepted and approved. With respect thereto , the City of
Dania consents and agrees that such plat may be recorded in the Public
Records of Broward County, Florida, upon further approval of all
agencies of Broward County, Florida, having jurisdiction in the
matter.
Section 2 . That the dedication for public use of all streets ,
highways and alleys , as shown on the plat of said "SANDPIPER BAY
WYLDWOOD" is hereby accepted by the City of Dania, Florida.
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances and
all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be and
the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in force and take
effect immediate) u its final
